Depression
Depression is a common mental disorder and can occur when we are often looking back in our lives with a negative view. It can also transpire when we are restricted from expressing how we feel and these emotions are then depressed deep down.
Depression can cause us to experience depressed mood, loss of interest or pleasure, guilt or low self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, low energy, and poor concentration. Emotions associated with depression can include, hopelessness, helplessness, anxiety, low self-esteem and a negative outlook. This can begin to impact our relationships, our work and life in general.
My experience with Cruse has allowed me to support many clients experiencing depression following the loss of loved ones. I can work collaboratively with you to explore your depression; the causes, triggers, and emotions it encompasses. I believe and I have seen for myself, that through exploration, a release can begin to occur.
